We just finished all the leftovers from our Vegetarian Thanksgiving feast and we are counting down the days until the Christmas and New Years holiday parties.

I just love entertaining and cooking for all kinds of people, rather herbivore or omnivore.

This broccoli casserole was a huge hit with the dairy eaters at Thanksgiving and my plan is to come up with an equally tasty vegan version for Christmas.

Welcome to Vegetarian Holidays

I live in a mixed family, with members who have differing diets. Some are vegetarian, some vegan, some pescetarian, and some are still leaning into vegan. This makes holiday celebrations interesting, and sometimes challenging, but not at all impossible.  I also love cooking and sharing recipes, and celebrating for any reason at all.

The goal for this blog is to share my thoughts on celebrating the various holidays throughout the year, vegetarian style. We are heading into the biggest holiday season for celebrations, so this should be fun!
